      Pros

      I worked in a very organized and friendly team. The atmosphere was quite good. Tasks were interesting at the beginning, but repetitive after a while.

      Cons

      repetitive processes and difficult to make changes and the operations. Most of the employees worked in the organization for many years and are reluctant to any changes.

      Lack of Diversity

      Great Co Workers, general self-fostered teamwork.

      Cons

      TOTAL lack of diversity. As a company owned by German companies, one would expect a more progressive atmosphere. Color, sex, and gender preference are very monochromatic in the upper management.

      Good opportunity for students

      Pros

      Very good job for students who want to earn some money during the semester breaks. Usually very friendly and willing-to-help colleagues. No office job, but instead working outside most of the time. And depending on where you work, the people usually have a very good opinion about mailman making the job a lot of fun.

      Cons

      "Fun" strongly dependent on weather. Also working hours VERY dependent on your own speed as well as amount of incoming mail. During mail-heavy times - e.g. elections - job gets really stressful. Also the day starts very early, usually at around 6. Not for people who don't mind getting up very early. Also not for people who don't like to interact with people. Students also usually don't get paid overtime.
