Good people and okay benefits

Cons

Pay is crap, they demand the union negotiate everything even though the cost of living is through the roof. Management is clueless, they promote from within and 1/5 of them seems to have been promoted using the Peter Principle (google it). They play favourites and use extreme nepotism to staff. When they reroute they ask for feedback to their suggested changes and then just throw it away and do what they want and wonder why nothing is getting done. There is no customer service, ICCC is bull, as CS is the first department to steal staff from and the last to get any support.

1. Decent pay but the pay structure is still 2021 2. Team at Bonn/Berlin is supportive

Cons

You get thrown around even working faithfully for a team. Restructuring happen at the cost. No value for human workers who gave their time and effort for the team. No say in decision making. ITS chennai management culture is worse than berlin. Following the other rat race of attendance tracking in office. Low quality work ! Do you really think 8 years of experience person will do a analyst job? You will asked to come to office suddenly while your contract might say it is remote or can be remote.
