      Strong and stable with great leadership

      Cons

      One may need to wait for your superior to move or resign for you to rise up the ladder. Alternatively you may want to move to a different team/department to achieve this.

      Pros

      Good starting place for a job in Tech. People focused environment, free coffee. Jobs are generally well defined and thus easy to manage

      Cons

      Jobs tend to be very narrowly defined. Very bureaucratic system. Lot of redundant systems more focus on creating new functionality, too little on cleanup and simplification.

      -You can expect to get your hours. -Coworkers had great work ethic, everyone worked together to achieve company goals. -They have full time and part time positions. -The benefits aren't bad for full-time employees.

      Cons

      - -You aren't done until everyone is finished or they tell you to leave. -Expect to be on call every day -There is a lot of favoritism and practices that are unethical
