Upper management needs to trained or retrained on how to treat employees. They need to get a better understanding on how to speak to adults in a work place setting. The Supervisor and/or the Coordinators aren't always right.

If you're face doesn't fit, if your opinions differ or you challenge anything then you are forced out. The business is very 'cliquey' and they make it very difficult to fit in unless you conform. There is absolutely no flexibility and as a working mum it was very difficult to fit in due to the expectations of additional hours. The business is extremely behind the times and needs a big push into the 21st century. I worked in HR... if that department cant get it right it leave very little hope for the rest of the business. UK Mail had a great opportunity merging with DHL but have failed to adapt and take on board what DHL do. Unfortunately UK Mail have ruined the DHL employer brand reputation. I presented by concerns to the board who dismissed my concerns - obviously its me and not anything to do with current management styles.
