We are sorry to hear that your experience of the work-life balance was largely negative. Here at DHL we are fully aware how instrumental a good work-life balance is for employee satisfaction and we are continuously finding ways to improve upon that. Of course, there will always be moments where we will need "all hands on deck" to pull through a seasonal peak, but this should be exemptions rather than the norm.
