      id say wages but no payrise in a few years

      Cons

      everything. no uniform given out for years very very bad management If someone tests positive for covid and youve been near them you wont get sent home FACT! if youre off sick they hound you and mke you feel like you're lying They try and enforce rules then brake them theirsleves thinking theyre above health and saftey they will stitch you up to get you out.
