      Not good place to work

      There 401K match is good.

      Cons

      They don't care about the employees. Main focus is what can you get done for me at this time. Their work schedule isn't consistent. Unable to make plans. Supposed to work 4-10 hour shifts, off Friday. Very rarely happens. 2nd shift works all of the Fridays, but first shift rarely does. Not real fair. The only reason for the work was always we didn't pick enough. Not worth the time.

      There aren't any don't waste your time here.

      Cons

      You'll never know when you get off They get upset when you take your lunch & when you don't they still get upset There is a lot of drama with coworkers and supervisors do nothing about it. Unrealistic expectations and when one forklift operator makes a mistake you all are held accountable.
