DHL is indeed a liberal company in the sense of no discrimination on any level, strong diversity and inclusion policies and simply letting everyone be who they are. These diverse backgrounds give a strong footing in an ever-changing business environment and allow us to grow into the future. Hence we do not see it as a negative thing, rather a positive one. We always appreciate our colleagues’ suggestions on how to improve or general feedback of how things are done and what could be done better.
