In my 30+ year career working at numerous Fortune 500 companies, I've never seen the depth and scale of team work that exists across DHL. People really go out of their way here to make each other successful and have an "I win when the team wins" type attitude. The leadership team really cares about the employees and that attitude comes through daily, via emails and the handling of the Covid-19 crisis.

It can happen that some entities are short of work and other have more occupation. Therefore it happens that employees from entities short of work are relocated to entities that need extra support.
