Inspiring vision (One Planet One Health) and mission (Bring Health Through Food to As Many People As Possible), which you can see come to life. Informal culture, lots of development opportunities.

Cons

Lack of clear shareholder value delivery strategy, political fights at the top, lack of strategic investments in brands and R&I, lack of focus. Hopefully, this is changing now.
