      Danone Bulgaria - avoid unless you have no other options

      Pros

      Danone Bulgaria is an alright place to enter into the business world after graduation. The good thing is that you initially feel a part of a global company but that feeling is long gone after a few months.

      Cons

      Poor high-level management skills. The market director hasn't got the slightest idea of how to run a business. Terrible decisions being made although the clear sign is to go in the opposite direction. Pay isn't great and you can barely get a salary increase regardless of performance. Higher level management supporting only their relatives and friends. Toxic working environment. People at all levels are generally negative towards new ideas. HR is a disaster. Overall, many people are stuck in this company because of the pay because it has accumulated over the years and they are not going to give up their spots without a heavy fight.
