      Great company culture but leadership is spread very thin.

      Pros

      Strong brands and brand teams, Good company culture both in the US and globally with an emphasis on their long term impact to agriculture and food supplies, good benefits, white plains office is an excellent space and good location.

      Cons

      Directors + are spread very thin with a wide scope which makes them available to receive and give sound bites only. Anything longer than 3 sentences is too much detail. Not a shortcoming of leadership talent however.
