      I have joined Danone 2 times. In both of my job as Business Unit manager and Country Manager they have given me full responsibility with full authority.

      You may need to manage your boss because they may be disorganized.

      Fun but chaotic

      Pros

      Fun, young, friendly people. Good location, nice office with views of London and business park with lots going on. Fun, non-corporate culture. Great experience for interns/grads.

      Cons

      Lack of autonomy. Lack of prioritisation. Chaotic and stressful environment with most people working long hours. Lots of stakeholders involved in decisions.

      Lots of learning (on the job) Great co-workers OK facilities

      Extra hours are the standard (really long nights!!!) Cero long term vision Cero hard-work recognition Had one of the worst bosses ever! (Company knew he's bad and don't do anything)
