None. Its a dictatorship from top down from MD. HR are none existent really and just do as told by MD. Its a really poor culture and difficult environment to work in, The wrong type of people are put into management to control employees through fear and lies. Managers speak terribly to employees and threaten them with warnings. Ive seen grown men close to tears because of the threatment endured at the hands of a management.
Cons
Management lie to punish people and bully them consistently. Some are so afraid to even make a complaint against management. HR ignore all grievences brought to their attention by employees. Management are protected completely by the MD/HR
