      Human safety & awareness is on priority after that all & CODE system is to good .

      Cons

      But in india few thing are lacking which i can not be share openly .

      Pros

      Good company to grow in. Successful individuals with supportive bosses have great career opportunities here. Internal promotions are valued & sought. Culture fosters creativity & new ideas - how easy/quick/possible it is to make things happen depends largely on where exactly one sits (geographically & in the food chain).

      Cons

      Whereas there's a lack of structure & processes in some areas, there is an overabundance of sometimes unnecessary/burdensome processes in others. Promotions & access to training/development depends largely on the support/activity of one's manager. There are no stringent processes and policies in place that would ensure equality.
