      Excellent set of value driven and value added products in growth categories

      Cons

      The Leadership Team is disengaged and disconnected post integration. Several aspects of poor leadership traits and behavior are allowed. Normalized behavior includes aggressive targeting of people and performance to rationalize results and hit value capture targets.

      Leadership takes credit for all wins so be prepared, they definitely have their favorites, young and willing to to work an unbalanced lifestyle. Also upper management has very little experience in national account business activity. Very high turn over ratio, which leads to disorganization within each department.

      -career growth seems like a guarantee at the company, lots of people with 'manager' in their title (individual contributors) -Dynamic environment, no two days are the same

      Cons

      -Processes and structure are well behind what other companies are employing - Employees are all stressed and overworked - Culture is terrible, and no social activities planned on a regular basis - No support from managers as they are too busy all the time - High staff turnover, everyone is always looking for something better.
