Pros
- good laid-back working culture - 9 to 5 working hours (office is empty at 5) - standard benefits (multisport, meal vouchers,...) - ability to buy shares with a discount once a year (you can sell them the next day for profit :-) )
Cons
- low salaries - reluctant to increase salaries (yearly increase below inflation) - reluctant to promote - prefers to hire new and inexperienced rather than promote current employees - average age of employees is employees in their late 30s
