If you're good at your job, you're probably just going to be stuck in it with no next step. Used to be a great place to work but everything changed after the WhiteWave acquisition. If you're not willing to move to Colorado, this is basically a dead end. Turnover is extremely high, especially with HR changing every 6 months. It's clear every employee is basically looking for a way out.

Keep pushing responsibilities to others Management also had no clue what to do as many things are broken Tend to put bunch of people to fix the problem at once but at the end nothing get done and cause many confusion They keeps loosing more and more people that means something !
