      Many nice people to work with. Was a great company when it was Whitewave before it was purchased by Danone

      Pros

      The name of the company on your resume. Apart from that, anything else comes to my mind.

      Cons

      Bad management who treats you badly. No career development policy at all but for those with relatives or close friends working at key positions within the company. 12-13 hours work days. They don't value at all people with innovative ideas and managers instead of teaching and heping you to be a better person and worker they feel afraid of you if they feel you are more talented than they are.

      Too much internal politics - you only get supported and get promoted if you are liked by the management. People talk about each other behind their backs HR behaviour appalling Incompetent higher management No proper coaching and support
