Pros

Some really talented and lovely people, great brands, and it's easy to move laterally across the business. Offices are great, and hybrid working is super flexible.

Cons

Hierarchical, not very progressive, and suffers from lack of diversity. Recent restructures have driven a significant loss of expertise - particularly category knowledge - and ambiguity around ownership, resulting in increased workload. Below-market salaries make it difficult to attract new talent.

Pros

Good working environment and learning resources for juniors, but do not stay there for more than 3 years, or you will die.

Cons

You will not grow if you are not politically savvy, as Politics and power wars of incompetents and conflicts of interest eat its core, HR tricks are the norm to give the minimum to the employee to keep them in a hypnotic sleep in their position.
