      Pros

      Great benefits, PTO! Great brands. Love the overall company vision balancing profit with social/environmental awareness, and B Corp status.

      Cons

      Still very “clunky” after the merger with WhiteWave. Constant changing priorities, fire drills, and unrealistic expectations. Very little recognition for a job well done, and always asking for more. Leadership promotes and recognize works from their favorites. Diversity also lacking quite a bit.
