Our aim is to ensure that all employees are given equal opportunity and that our organization is representative of our consumers and society. We are happy to hear your experience and feedback, which shows that we not only value diversity and inclusiveness, but actually bring this mindset to reality. Yet, we are awere of the fact that our processes are not perfect. We continuously are looking for the right balance between freedom for creativity, agility and processes.
