      Pros

      401k and Benefits. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Can’t make a profit and won’t listen to employees. Attorneys are running the business and are clueless. Still chasing competition never understand why. Hiring young and laying off their highly skilled older reps.

      Pros

      Very people focus company , believe in their potential and offers the great tools/training for development , allows cross functional and regional moved which are quite enriching yet strong company culture that is either loved or hated .

      Cons

      Compared to others FMCG processes and procedures are not the strong point , although improvements are being done currently. There are some written/unwritten rules but always there is exception of the rule very ¨French¨

      Very nice people to work with People are talented and collaborative Strong brands

      Cons

      Senior management has vague vision and does not care about employees Office politics and not merit based promotions Limited career path given the management is all expats from the French HQ Expats expensing their outrageous living costs on company money and care less about interacting with local hires
