Dear Employee, thank you very much for this feedback. It's great to read that you value our work environment which is sustainable, safe, healthy and vibrant! Great, that our learning and development opportunities are attractive and useful! Yet, we are aware of the fact that we are not the most process oriented company. However, it never should be the case that you had a feeling of disorganization. We continuously are looking for the right balance between freedom for creativity, agility and processes.
