      Come and go at any time as long as you are up to date with your work no one will bother you

      Cons

      The growth plan is dicussed neither is any feedback given to your work. Mostly you are on your own in figuring out who the right person is to get the work done

      -career growth seems like a guarantee at the company, lots of people with 'manager' in their title (individual contributors) -Dynamic environment, no two days are the same

      Cons

      -Processes and structure are well behind what other companies are employing - Employees are all stressed and overworked - Culture is terrible, and no social activities planned on a regular basis - No support from managers as they are too busy all the time - High staff turnover, everyone is always looking for something better.
