      Autonomous working role, managing own caseload and diary High standards of patient care- ‘not working on the clock’ unlike many other community roles Very diverse role, including clinical duties/training and education/working with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunity to work within a corporate organisation while maintaining links to NHS Company car and other benefits, including membership fees paid, laptop, mobile phone, pension. Opportunities for personal development, online RCN accredited training packages, comprehensive induction package, ongoing designated study time. Flexible working Potential gateway to career in sales/marketing Working autonomously while remaining part of a larger team Opportunities for feedback provided Supportive management team and great skill mix- Adult/paediatric nurses, health care assistants.       Cons

      It is a lone working role, which can be a negative if lacking in confidence, or if you need the proximity of team mates, however, safety is priority and support is always available. You do need to be able to work under your own autonomy, have excellent diary management skills and be able to be flexible as no two days are the same.
