Pros
The Company mission is very inspiring "One Planet and One Health" Danone encourages every emploee to participate in the " food revolution" shaping the company's agenda. There is a high level of trust in people also demonstrated by flexible working hours.
Cons
The Company is constantly going through systematic re-organizations which in the long term are not beneficial for employees motivation neither customer's satisfaction. There is a lof of ambiguity in ways of working and a clear lack of processes, structure and responsibilities. People just hired have been fired after few months which do not demonstrate a clear vision in managing and retaining talents.
