      Thank you for taking your time to write your opinion about Danone. I am happy to read that you acknowledge the opportunities and empowerment at Danone. We work every day to be as efficient and transparent as possible while including all needed stakeholders in decision making. We acknowledge that we didn’t find the perfect balance yet, although we are aiming this every day. Sometimes this approach is a big strenght of Danone, sometimes it creates problems. We continuously are looking for the right balance between freedom for creativity, flexibility and processes. Thank you once again for this feedback.
