Pros

1. The flexible working hours & the flexibility of the people 2. Lots of employees activities (sports & hobbies, you name it they have it) 3. A nice breakout lounge with consoles, karaoke sets, and music instruments.

Cons

1. Too much changes happen without further clarity for career improvement 2. Too much layer happens because of too many employees. A Senior Manager might not have a subordinates, and still have 3 layers before GM (Brand Manager, Brand Director, and Marketing Director). What a joke 3. Different compensation & benefit even though you work in 1 country, with too many HR Director. 4. Office culture are so for employees with family but feels to slow for youngsters with a fast paced ambition.
