      - not so bad conditions during business trips - career opportunities, if you wish - ability to move between adjacent prof.areas

      Cons

      - salary is slightly below the market - pay raise is always within corporate policy, so if you're promoted, don't expect your salary to be raised according to the new position - working conditions really depend on the particular geo.location, i.e. in some areas they're really bad
