Pros
Started in Danone as a graduate and was given every opportunity to learn new skills during my time there. Quality team all gel well together led by a fair and skilled manager that is willing to help any member of his team when it is needed. Challenging work with no two days the same. As well as learning new skills in the quality department I also had the opportunity to work with other departments including supply chain and production, learning valuable expertise from people who have worked in Danone for a large number of years.
Cons
A fast paced work environment due to the nature of the company so successful candidates have to be willing to work hard and cope well under this pressure when required.
