Pros

Vacation days and holidays are a plus, if they approve you to go on vacation without a phone call or having to work

Cons

Favoritism. If you are young and they like you at the top, you are golden. If they do not know who you are, watch out!. Management takes credit for what the associates do

Pros

- Good in marketing and packaging the Danone brand overall. - Relatively good benefits and parental leave policy. - Danone campus is good for employees

Cons

- "Great Company Culture" is used as a tool to market the company - Good HR branding but it's so far from reality. - Chaotic management team, too much of French & European influenced, lack of diversity in terms of background and sexuality. Too many expats. - Secured career opportunities if you are HR's best friend - High staff turnaround rate

Pros

Personal time off benefits are great- if people can respect it health benefits and associated costs- on par opportunities to rotate roles speed to adapt to market changes open work environment - no individual offices works well for collaboration your colleagues kick butt, work hard and most are very intelligent and nice people

Cons

zero work/life balance- long work hours, weekends, while on PTO because "every single thing is a fire drill even if non business critical its all about who "likes" you and being in the "in crowd"- some people are promoted and rotated into roles every year or sometimes with 9 months with no wins and no results on the business they managed. These newly minted "senior manager and directors" have zero people management skills , no professional etiquette and barely /no experience yet a leading teams of highly skilled professionals. the integration has been a disaster- no additional support for existing functions , yet responsible for getting everything done with no end in sight business strategy changes weekly - run like a bodega
