-Exposition to multiple types of bikes and accessories -30% discount to items.
Cons
-Fake promises of providing CYTECH qualifications to employees (Applied as soon as I got into company, never provided with anything) -Too many tasks to do, you never catch a breath -They want employees to put their free time into improving Decathlon, such as organizing store events and create learning material for new staff that should and have to be paid by the company for the staff to do. Don't make people work for free and expect them to be happy about it. -Management never listened to my struggles about trying to get things done on time with the high amount of tasks to do. Instead they just fired me.
