- Young, vibrant and international environment. - Good location. - Cool, sociable co-worker.
Cons
- The working environment is a chaotic jungle with a lot of inconsistencies. - Incredibly high staff rotation in all levels which creates a lot of instabilities. - The middle management in my team was highly unprofessional and trashy leading style inspired by "Mean Girls". In addition to have a huge lack of people skills, they also lack competencies in their own field. Within a course of a year half of the team has left. - Be prepare that your level of English will go down and your level of stress will go up while facing a lot of miscommunications as English is not always the primary language spoken. - There is no HR department to guide the company about how to face employment matter. - For a big multinational company of this size, it´s astounding how they are unable to solve minor issues such as having a clean canteen (it often looks like student dorm kitchen), reliable internet connection and phone network. - Low rate pension scheme. - Difficult to growth professionally due to toxic environment.
