Pros

The team: everyone is very friendly and open minded, ready to listen to feedback. Deel speed is real, if you like working in a slow-paced environment, this is not the place for you. In just a few months, you will learn a lot, jump from project to project, and grow within the company. Working from anywhere in the world is also a huge perk.

Cons

Your role can be switched quickly without involving you in the change, which can be a bit disorienting. Salaries are good but not exceptional, and there are not other benefits offered.

Cons

Its a fast paced environment, sometimes with a lot of ambiguity. Its not a con, simply because we all know what we sign up for. Excited for the future.
