      Great culture for engaged people

      Pros

      Really good place for developers that want to grow. The culture will not get you by the hand and show you everything but you will have the opportunity to touch everything in the product, understand the working gears and will be supported by great developers that will be ready to help you out in case you need it.

      Cons

      The list of cons are small and mostly nitpicky, the company is growing fast so sometimes is hard follow up with the changes. There are some bureaucracies that needs attention for people in high places, demanding time to fix something that could be simple.

      Schedule can be a little more structured. However, this is probably specific to the nature of my position.

      Pros

      Fast-paced with a great culture! Deel has grown immensely over the years and they have done a great job of maintaining the culture from my perspective in this short time. Everyone is willing to jump in and help, and someone is ALWAYS working so it's not hard to get answers if you are really looking for them.

      Cons

      FAST, FAST, and FAST. Deel Speed is not just a value or a tagline. It's a real deal, and while it's not a con for me, it is something new hires or applicants should be aware of.
