      Pros

      Deel is a company were everything is structured and they are open to keep refining their process so there's a lot of room for you to learn and to propose.

      Cons

      I don't really see much. Probably that's 100% remote so if you encounter that an issue it could be hard but I found it great.

      I love working at Deel - everyone cares so much about your development and growth. There is so much support and opportunity available to you.

      About 1 month in, I do not see any cons! If you have a hard time working remote then this might not be the company for you - but for me it's great!
