      Working at Deel has made me a better professional every day. Deel is a company that demands a lot of adaptability and resilience, almost like entrepreneurship training. Here, you will work with incredible people, and staying in your comfort zone is not an option. As the company grows, you grow together, and it truly feels like you are creating something amazing for society. The product and solution are cutting-edge and life-changing for those who need them, so it is really fun to sell it.

      Cons

      Now that the company is growing even larger, changes are usually being made from the top down, leaving less room for discussion among individual contributors.

      Not a woke company! The company is experiencing rapid growth, offering numerous new positions and challenges. If you distinguish yourself, there are ample opportunities for advancement into higher management and technical roles. The speed is incredible fast, and we build and deliver a lot.

      Cons

      As the company expands, the workload intensifies and the challenges become more significant. However, the effort is rewarding and pays off in the long run.
