Product management is top-notch, and the team consistently delivers innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. One thing I really appreciate about Deel is how well they recognize and reward their employees. It creates a positive and motivating work environment that makes me feel valued and encouraged to give my best. I'm proud to be part of a team that is so passionate about what we do and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Cons

While Deel offers a competitive salary and a solid benefits package, the flexibility of benefits can be limited due to the company's global nature and the need to comply with labor laws in multiple countries. This is a necessary trade-off to ensure legal compliance. I'm good with it and all the flexibility that Deel provides to us.

- probably one of the most global workforce company - you have space to growth - the energy is good, you stay motivated

Cons

as the company is growing fast you can expect some changes in the process, usually they are improvements in current process, however with changes always comes friction. Timelines can be tight, depending on what you are working and how critical is your delivery
