      Pros

      Career growth opportunities. Many unique important talks/opportunities with many influent people from big tech companies around the world. Extremely fast growth.

      Cons

      No salary negotiations or salary balance between managers and direct reports (new direct reports can join with a higher salary than yours). Raise through promotions are not big compared with the amount of work, usually 5%-7% for too much extra work. PTO rules are completely unclear, sometimes is a lot sometimes is not enough.

      * Work from basically anywhere + there is an immigration benefit if you want to permanently move to somewhere. * Deel speed, I have been in this company for almost 4 years and I really have never seen a company grow so fast before. From about 80 employees to over 3000 and still growing! * Mac pro MAX for all engineers. * Traveling, secret santa, deel dinner perks * Work and connect with people from many different countries. A truly connected international work force.

      Cons

      * Working from home makes it difficult to keep boundaries between working hours and personal time which can lead to overtime.
