      Deel is great but lacks some good salary revision policy

      Pros

      Great environment, flexible PTOs (you can take leave whenever you need if agreed with your team before hand), fast-paced environment

      Cons

      You need to get a really good initial compensation because you will stick with it for while, even if you get good feedback. You'll also see new-hire colleagues getting a higher pay than you are

      A great place to learn from talented people and work from anywhere

      Pros

      The people are incredibly smart, humble, and genuinely collaborative. You learn something new every week. The culture feels truly global; it’s inspiring to work with colleagues from so many different backgrounds. There’s a lot of trust and autonomy, which makes it easy to experiment and grow as a designer. The remote setup actually works — great async practices and a strong sense of connection despite the distance. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. It’s a great environment for testing ideas and pushing design concepts further.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense — growth brings change, and sometimes it’s hard to keep up. A few processes are still catching up to the company’s scale. With so many priorities, focus can sometimes get diluted.
