      Great environment and growth opportunities

      Pros

      The environment and pace of Deel are unique. You'll meet smart and engaged professionals who get the job done and projects completed at the famous Deel Speed. There are a lot of growth opportunities. I had 3 movements within the first 1.5 years, including one promotion. They walk their "remote work" talk and grant the employees the resources to live an actual remote life working from anywhere. Deel keeps growing at an incredible rate, so it's still a great time to be part of the team.

      Cons

      There's a hard-to-understand policy of region-based compensation. People doing the same job can be earning very different salaries based solely on where they are based. On top of that, people within the same region often get paid different salaries for the same work, and that took some time to be addressed by higher management.

      Employees with a high level of skills Good improvements, usually new in the global market. Team usually is composed of people in the same timezone Excellent computer to work with.
