      1. Management is hands-on and very approachable. 2. Open to ideas and feedback 3. Above-average pay 4. Amazing perks 5. Fast promotions 6. Many opportunities for careee growth Last but certainly not the least... WORK FROM ANYWHERE, FOR GOOD 😊

      Cons

      If there ever is a challenge, maybe for some the pace here is too fast. This isn't a place for those who want to stay on the same role for years also. But if you're someone accustomed to doing things real quick yet efficiently and effectively, then this is the company for you. You're really in for a treat here in Deel.
