      - Upper management is great and very approachable. - Each department is filled with incredibly talented individuals. - The team is truly international, bringing together diverse perspectives from around the world. - The company offers competitive salaries and has a remarkable ambition to grow, open new markets, and launch disruptive products. - The management style focuses on macro management, allowing hard-working and independent talents to thrive without unnecessary red tape.

      Cons

      - Processes and products change frequently; staying updated is a priority to avoid falling behind. - Remote work can feel isolating if you love to work in an office. But an all-access WeWork pass is provided so you can meet other Deelers in your region or around the word if you want to travel

      - Friendly environment. My managers and peers were extremely supportive and open to sharing knowledge. - Flexible schedule. You can start your working day at any time you want and work from anywhere around the world - Benefits. Health and wellness allowance, Learning allowance and unlimited PTO

      - Very fast-paced. You need to keep up with a lot of changes that are done quite frequently
