      I had a very positive experience with Deel, starting from the selection process and continuing once I joined the team. The recruitment process was well structured, transparent, and efficient, with clear communication and well-defined steps throughout. After starting, my experience with the team has been equally positive. Everyone has been supportive, collaborative, and welcoming, which made the onboarding smooth and comfortable. The organization of work is clear, expectations are well set, and there is a strong sense of teamwork and professionalism. Overall, Deel leaves a great impression both as a company to interview with and as a place to work.
