      Pros

      I joined Deel two weeks ago, and the hiring process was smooth, transparent, and very well organized. Communication was clear throughout, interviews were structured, and expectations were set early. Onboarding has been seamless so far, with great documentation, tools ready from day one, and a very welcoming, international culture.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of information to take in at the beginning, but the resources provided make it manageable.
