      Pros

      A really attentive an open team. They listen to your needs and help you when needed. They trust you and your decisions. They're super flexible with anything you explain well and have a way to support. They care.

      Cons

      Since it's a mainly remote job, you meet a lot of super nice people you'd like to meet personally, but some are really far. That's the only cons I'd say.

      They operate in a fully remote work model. The people I have the privilege of working with are incredible, and the company organizes several great events for employees. In addition, the benefits and salary are extremely attractive.

      Cons

      The process of replacing equipment is sometimes very bureaucratic and can take several days to receive a response.
