Any of our team members who are struggling with their mental health are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary counseling support and total health solutions offered through our employee assistance program, in addition to talking to their doctor/health care provider. Wellness is highly valued here, which is why we partner with this service, in addition to offering personal needs days and wellness initiatives throughout the year.
The work you do in claims is making a difference and it’s the reason we have achieved our long-standing 91% claims satisfaction rating.
