Pros
- Good salary and compensation comparing to others in same region. - Good benefits. - Good infrastructure - An owner caring for his own business.
Cons
- Chain of management got "too brazilian" in the last three/four years. It's necessary much more than just skills and good performance to go further. You need to have "good relationships". - Much actions are taken by managers and directors with almost one thing in mind: saving their jobs, sometimes, no matter how. Much stuff is done just for the sake of appearance. Some good employees are screwed in the process (maybe collateral damage?). - Bad coffee. - Some bad software systems and tools for the job. - Work/life balance is encouraged, as long you've ok with yours tasks and results. But, as your work to meet expectations is endless, this it's a fake statement.
