      Pros

      Formal career development structure is taken seriously. Really good benefits and fair compensation. Great work environment and with a great opportunity for work-life balance by working at home.

      Cons

      You are in for yourself. Don't expect to be taken by the hand and helped finding stuff out. Lots of yearly repeated training classes.

      Good salary and benefits for Porto Alegre area. Good flexibility of time to work, and possibilities of working from home any time. Informal and firendly environment as well.

      Cons

      Hard to have work life balance. It give us flexibility of work, but it requires you are 24 hours available. As I work in a global team, eventually have to work during India hours to attend meetings.
